At Poquet Auto we are aware of how difficult it is to buy a vehicle from out of state.   To make it easy and risk free, Poquet has established a system to remove any uncertainty in a buyers mind.

1. We guarantee all of our vehicles are accident free, and will provide a carfax for the vehicle of interest.  This ensures that the vehicle's integrity has not been diminished by previous body work.
2. We will provide a list of the specific option packages as determined by the manufacturer so that you know exactly how the vehicle is equipped before you decide to purchase.
3. We can arrange for wholesale shipping anywhere in the U.S. for less money than you may think.
4. Once the vehicle has been selected and transportation established - the customer sends payment for the vehicle to an intermediary bank here in Minnesota who "holds" the funds until the customer receives the vehicle.
5. We provide 2 keys and remotes (if equipped) floor mats, owner's manual etc...
6. Once the customer receives the vehicle, he or she has 24 hours to inspect and drive the vehicle to ensure their satisfaction. 
7. Once this period is over - a call is made to our banker to release the funds to Poquet - and then Poquet sends out the title to the customer.   - If for any reason the customer is not 100% satisfied with the vehicle, or feels that in any way the vehicle was not accurately described - Poquet will pay to ship the vehicle back to Minnesota - and the customer's funds will be returned in full.   Poquet has never had to retrieve a vehicle or refund anyone their money on an out of town (sight unseen) purchase.
8. We make the process very simple and pressure free.  We don't sell vehicles that we would not feel comfortable sending out of state sight unseen.
